Poor attitude from nurse Kathy- refused to help.with a resident she knew was combative thwn refused to sign work logs. 2 ppl should be going into a room with combative staff. Literally said "well if I told you she was like that you wouldn't of gone ij there" then called DON and had agency sent home......after they were hit in the face by a resident that nurse Kathy on evening night shift knew to behave like that. So So sad the facility would employ a care giver like that- then run a good agency worker out of thw building bc ... read more
Thank you Laurel Seretski, mgr at Lindenview, Gayle and ALL the staff and caregivers for all the love and care they provided for my mom Marjorie Dalke. I have to say that Lindenview Good samaritan, is a warm ,clean, safe great care facility for your loved one. I would recommend Lindenview to anyone looking for placement. Make it your first choice Alberta . Thank you to all of you, have a very Merry Christmas. Blessings to all. Make some fabulous art in memory of my mom, maybe hang her art somewhere there. Love you.
