Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

They denied my wifes grandfather a room after HIS wife worked they for 40 years. They take votes on who can stay and go YES THEY VOTE YOU OUT OF THE NURSING HOME .They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever... read more

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
