My mom is here now. Nice enough staff, just too few of them! Most arrive in her room giving one the immediate feeling that you’d better need thirty seconds or less for your request or you’re ruining their day! She’s here for rehab, but spending very little time GETTING said rehab, and we are anxious to get her home. I wish I had done more research before placing her here. Again, most try to be nice, we love Kelly, but we’d all like to see far more time spent doing what she’s there for, rehabilitation so she can come home.
March, 2018 - Checked out this place for my mom (who has dementia). Seemed like a nice place, but Shawn (director of admissions) started to lie when I asked if I could put a camera in her Private room -- the same camera that I currently use at home because (when I'm away) it's comforting to see that she's okay. My cameras also have two-way audio, which I sometimes use to help calm her. First Shawn said cameras violate HIPAA (NOT TRUE). Then he said it's against company policy.
