As someone who cares for her grandparents and a mother who passed in hospice I've dealt with several homes in Gallup..so I can say with honesty this is the best home..my grandma was taken care of as if she was their grandma..they had meetings with me where every person from each field were there to fill me in on her progress. They called me when there was issues or when she was doing well..I never have issues with this home or staff..and I will always suggest this place for any rehab or long term care for loved ones as long ... read more
Horrible place to work they refuse to pay agency cna in retaliation for horrible lazy nurses. The DON and HR keep reports of retaliation from the administrator never work here!
This place is horrible, they accepted my application, and proceeded to do an interview. Once interviewed, they told me the days and will get back to me with the schedule. They never did. Days passed on. I called again. They transferred me to Nikki and she said “oh they didn’t text you on Friday?” I said no that didn’t. Nikki said “I’ll walk over to her office now, so she can text her” then she hangs up. My mom is in this place and she hates how the staff don't check up on her. All they do is laugh in the hallways and stay hidden. She recently been insulted by the staff. Everytime she calls for someone to help her. No one comes! Please check who you hired and fired the lazy ass ones Stop doing it for the money and help the one that has to be there.
