The staff got to know my family member on a personal level, they even saved her husband treats from meals. They took excellent care of here, I would recommend Good Sam to anyone.
Update: When the patient moves facilities they kéep their medication. They refuse to send their medication. They do not follow Drs orders, time and time again. Facility staff do not give proper nutrition to the residence. Best advice I can give people is don't let your family members come here. If you want them to receive even decent care. issues that were brought to managements attention we're not addressed many times.
