Reading these reviews, it appears that in the last 9 months that things may have improved. Praise God! They couldn’t have got much worse in the last 3 years! My dad was at Good Sam’s in July/August of 2023. At that time, we didn’t dare leave him alone during the day or leave before he was put to bed. This place, at that time, was a house of horrors, and to this day I feel so sad that we took him there for the last weeks of his life here on earth. Please let me say before I continue that I am a retired hospital pharmacist that worked on a patient floor so I understand patient care very well. I wish someone would have posted in these reviews about short term rehabilitation post op after surgery. When placement from the hospital the social worker can tell you how many stars a place has for Medicare beds.. but you have to ask...Good Samaritan has 1 star rating (. On a scale of 1 lowest to 5 highest) . There is a very good reason for this low rating.: I could go on and on... read more

My mom was there and the staff was great and fun to be around. Always there to answer questions when I had them. The therapy department was wonderful and worked with my mom and got her back to where she needed to be so she could return back home. they just did new paint in the hallways looks amazing so refreshing and that way it sounds a lot more upgrading to become. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
