I have been to this community on several occasions. I have had their lunch and food has been great each time. The community looks clean and tidy with staff and residence always friendly. The residence that I have interacted with look happy.
My dad was in this place for 3 days. We are from out of state and before we arrived we could not speak or get calls back from the nursing staff on his condition. He was sent here for physical/ occupational and speech therapy. They bill themselves as skilled nursing. PT consisted of getting up to a wheelchair and toilet. When we arrived he was still in a hospital gown. It wasn’t until we told them we would be back that they had him sitting at a table to eat. He received no oral care or bathing.
