I live far away and can only talk to her on the phone,which is really hard to even get them to answer.She lays there yelling for someone to help her,just needing a drink,no one shows up,this is devastating.
This is the worst facility I have ever seen, and I’ve seen more than my share. First of all, trying to get in touch with someone to give you answers is worst to none. They keep passing the ball from nursing staff to rehab personal to social workers. Understandably they are understaffed and overworked but being mean and negligent to patients at their worst time shouldn’t be the norm. They have patients sit in their chairs for over 4 hours.
