The Place is Great, I love it. the meals could use some improvment
Administration was hard to reach. Misdiagnosis of my mother condition. Overnight staff unfriendly.
I used to work there. The place is toxic with an administrator who doesn’t take constructive criticism and has really run the place in the ground. I have gone to HR and other higher ups but nothing was done and they protected the administrator. Would not recommend this place to work or place your loved ones in. There are some great CNAs and nurses there but who knows how long they will be there.
My mom has been here for approximately a month after being at a different home. This place is much better! It is clean, well lit, and feels like home! Employees seem very welcoming and cheerful. The first care conference for my mom was very informative and they had my mom attend too! Mom is now receiving physical therapy and speech therapy. She was even standing for two minutes which was an experience she hasn't had for a long time. She gets to go to activities which she didn't get to do at the last home. To add more today 12-22-22 I sent my mother a package UPS and now they can’t find it? I swear don’t let your loved ones stay here. This place is so horrible they are help Nancy Yells Eagle commit elderly abuse on my elderly mother for the last year. Never bring your loved ones here you will never see them again.
