They put up with me being there every day and staying with my husband until he went to sleep at night. He died with advanced dementia there after a hospital stay. carol was so helpful moving my husband over so I could lay down with him hold his hand until he passed. It was late and she fixed up a space for my daughter and I to stay until morning. I want to also thank Heather for being so supportive and compassionate.
This review is well overdue. This place did my grandfather and family very dirty. He had dementia and was stuck in his room the majority of the day with a broken clock. And that’s just the beginning.
My mom was a patient there for 5 years, thought they would get better when they changed names but it got worse, food is terrible, mom stuff is always getting stolen, I have to call in there and tell them to give her a shower, or to change her bed clothes, i clean her room because they don't, no used telling the social worker because she just lies to your face, we recently moved her because in a month and a half she has fallen and went to the ER, I had to call them and tell them to have my mom admitted to the hospital , and t... read more
