I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Over the first two days I found my father unattended in a wheelchair twice…once sitting in his room for almost an hour and the second he was trying to queen himself to his room after being left unattended after dinner was over. He did not know where his room was and to make things worse no one came looking for him after. When I asked about this staff shrugged it off and tried to blame him. If you love your family member I dont recommend this place. The managment and 80 percent of staff is incompetent to be working there. Ive been told The state of Nebraska at the end of June told them they could have no more admits until they get the 16 flags they gave them taken care of. Public Knowledge. They started taking admits again in August and no changes as far as care of people have changed. My Uncle not getting his meds, not getting fed for hours after scheduled times. Had to leave a review after my experience. Because it's definitely a different one over the phone than it is in person. Of course. When you walk in, everyone is all smiles. But over the phone, they definitely could do some training. They answer the phone as if they're at home, they're rude and rush you off the phone. I can't imagine how they treat people when family is not around if they don't even know how to conduct business over the phone.
