Had to leave a review after my experience. Because it's definitely a different one over the phone than it is in person. Of course. When you walk in, everyone is all smiles. But over the phone, they definitely could do some training. They answer the phone as if they're at home, they're rude and rush you off the phone. I can't imagine how they treat people when family is not around if they don't even know how to conduct business over the phone. Great place, their new wing looks great. Staff were very kind and welcoming.
I placed my brother in this facility and I am very happy with the professionalism and caring all the staff and administrators provide. The facility is clean and welcoming. My brother is very happy there and he will be there for some time.
HORRIBLE PLACE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! my friends dad was on hospice here, this place has no hospice etiquette what so ever!! The nurses and aides are very unprofessional!! And LOUD! When someone is dying why not lower your voices and leave the family to grieve in peace? We ask for meds it takes forever! We ask to speak to a manger they send in the social worker. This place is ran horribly! You don’t know who’s in charge. DONT RECOMMEND
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! Relatives said this horrible place was free. My uncle deserved better after serving his country for 31 years & was treated horribly! No staff bothered to bring his breakfast until I got it myself. He couldn’t take off the cellophane wrapper on the styrofoam plates or eat without assistance, so staff would pick up his plate with the cellophane wrapper still on it & note he wasn’t hungry. He’d sit alone with spilled coffee on his clothes & may have starved if his family hadn’t been there to feed him. The c... read more
