HORRIBLE PLACE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! my friends dad was on hospice here, this place has no hospice etiquette what so ever!! The nurses and aides are very unprofessional!! And LOUD! When someone is dying why not lower your voices and leave the family to grieve in peace? We ask for meds it takes forever! We ask to speak to a manger they send in the social worker. This place is ran horribly! You don’t know who’s in charge. DONT RECOMMEND
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! Relatives said this horrible place was free. My uncle deserved better after serving his country for 31 years & was treated horribly! No staff bothered to bring his breakfast until I got it myself. He couldn’t take off the cellophane wrapper on the styrofoam plates or eat without assistance, so staff would pick up his plate with the cellophane wrapper still on it & note he wasn’t hungry. He’d sit alone with spilled coffee on his clothes & may have starved if his family hadn’t been there to feed him. The c... read more
Absolutely negligent and horrible place. My grandma was here for a month after breaking her hip. I honestly don't think they ever bathed her during that time. My grandma had to take a bathe HERSELF, because the staff wouldn't clean her. It took 4 days and my mom telling 4 different staff to get her bed fixed. Additionally, the med passers left a bunch of med sheets/cards on top of the med cart, out in the hallway, with no one around to make sure no one got into them.
