Wonderful staff and very homelike. I highly recommend Good Samaritan-Millard for the care and support they provide to those in their care.

Nursing staff needs better communication. Call light times fluctuates. As soon as an aide would walk through the door, you would know the type of day you would have. It's easy to tell which staff members are genuinely there for you. Staff needs to remember about cell phones, we get emergencies, but we don't want to see them. Treat each other and each resident with kindness and dignity is something to work on. Education education education, never enough of that. Respect is a two way street. Allan was my favorite!! Been here almost 6 years. Service and care are fantastic. Im 80 years old, comparing to when i was younger, there were no nursing homes. My aunt received no cares from family. Another aunt flew from Salt Lake City to Denver to take her back to care for her. Now we have this good facility.

Our dad was placed here for 11 months, he came in on the rehabilitation side and then moved to the nursing home part. He loved it here, and staff aides were so extremely nice to him and always tried to answer all of our questions.
