Awesome staff. ER was great. When admitted nursing staff was great.
Awful service. My fiance had to go to their ER last year on a Sat. After waiting for seven hours, we finally got a bed. Two more hours to get a doctor. Two night day before any real answers. Once she felt better she discharged herself. The explanation we kept getting was "its the weekend." So basically if you have an emergency on a weekend, you are screwed. If you value your time and your health, avoid this sorry excuse for a hospital like the plague.
It was not busy at all nobody was there, but I still had to wait over an hour to get back in a room, after seeing several people leave the ER. They said there was no open beds, well walking through the dept, there were a ton of open rooms! On top of that, it's like pulling teeth to get anything prescribed for pain. It seems like they have people in a lot of pain and make them wait even longer for a doctor/nurse to even come in. Total waste of time.
Dr. Degenfelder is a rockstar & has a calming, friendly bedside manner.
Perhaps the emergency staff and security department should review the multi care values. Granted perhaps they haven't even read them. From this patient's perspective, they are non existent!!!
The staff was very nice and helpful. My mom got excellent care..
Amazing! The ER got us in right away. They were attentive to all of our needs, very kind and warm. They made us feel like family. Dr. Ari Malak (hope I spelled that right) and his crew of nurses (I feel terrible I didn't catch their names) were everything you'd hope for if you ever have to go to the ER. You guys have a wonderful bedside manner..and what a blessing you all were in an unnerving point in our lives. Thank you all for for everything you did for us!
Had such a great experience my son was born 12-4-14 and I had a c-section so was there for 3 days. I had the best nurses, they were all very nice and made sure we were comfortable and constantly came to check up on us. Thank you so much to the nurses working those 3 days.
This Place is horrible....A patient was refused service because she couldn't afford to pay 20 dollars that day for a Co -pay...shame on the ass whole dr.girgis....shame on your mother for birthing such a heartless human liken yourself
