Very unprofessional, slow, and uncaring. If you're on your last breath and dying, still seek a different hospital.

Definitely not a place to go to when your toddler is running a 103+ fever (5+ hour wait just to be seen fit the first time) or you have multiple open bleeding bite wounds in multiple places. After another few hours not being seen yet, went to anther ER and got taken care in a much more timely manner and given proper medication and treatment within 30 minutes max. ER is horrible and far from timely or considerate at Good Sam.

Staffing levels are not what they were and response times have suffered. Communication within the staff and with patients is unreliable and the billing process is just plain a gouge for every nickel. This hospital takes a WHOLE LOT OF MONEY out of this community and pays for lots of fancy cars. Be nice if the suits at the top gave a damn about the people who make it possible... read more

They left a vile of my boyfriends blood on the counter, the nurse messed up the IV and he was sitting in a small pool of blood, she stuck it in wrong and they had three other people try to get it out and they had to clamp it to remove it, the nurse was very rude and I thought she might have been under the influence. And the Emergency room smelled like decay and I couldn't stay there very long. Over all a bad experience and I feel like my boyfriend wasn't cared for as much as he should have been.
