Overpriced, charge for doctors you dont even see, rude staff and they really dont care about the patients

Its a joke. Go anywhere else. Sit in waiting room for 4+ hours and walked out even with IV in arm. If its a true emergency sorry you will die if you go here.

I wrote a reveiw a few months ago when my dad was here and passed away. Three weeks after that my mom was diagnosed with throat cancer. She ended up with some complications and in this hospital. My mom was very well taken care of, as my dad was. Did get to see some familiar faces from when my dad was here. This time we were on 6 Dally. I would like to thank all of the nurses, doctors, care managers, ot, pt, housekeeping, and any other staff I may have forgotten. Everyone here has been very nice and courteous. Had to have surgery on my ankle they sent me home right after I came to .. No instructions on how to care for my leg .Its like they could care less about patients .I didn't know I would be sent home with excruciating pain .. Rhonda M. Bridges not a happy pacient

I want to thank the staff of Good Sam ER who helped make my mom comfortable when she came in on Friday morning on March 25th. Specifically, RN Lisa, Chaplain Intern Hagai and Case Manager Kelly. They not only made her comfortable, they extended tremendous kindness, faith, understanding and compassion when my mom, my family and I needed it. Thank you for what you do and how you do it. Can't get anything right food service sucks It's like the United Nations like being in Florida talking to Cubans that can't read or right English Offered to give them a 100$ to make menus Missed diagnosis 3 doctor visits only e r caught a fib when I get out they will get my mind I want my money back Nurses are great
