Had orthoscopic shoulder surgery yesterday, left shoulder, april had right shoulder, and am very pleased with Dr. Dagenfelder and staff at Good Sam for the kind and professional care i recieved! Surgery was on time too! Oh,and u was born there almost 51 years ago too;) thank you!
Good Hospital, Good Patient Care.. I went in for a Bronchoscopy and had some complications, so they kept me over night. I was treated very well. I am Thankful to the Doctors and Nurses..
Since my mom was admitted to Good Sam with a stroke. She has been had phenomenal care. From Celene in Constant Care who worked with her for many hours and finally got enough information to allow her to contact mom's family to the CNA's watching mom in rehab especially Sharlene and Nancy, she has had very compassionate care. The folks in rehab are doing a great job to get mom to regain her motor skills.
My son had his tonsils and adenoids removed yesterday. He was terrified. This experience we had was amazing. Everyone was so nice. Front desk, patient registration, anesthesiologist, nurses...etc. the entire staff did their best to calm my son and let him know that everything was going to be ok. He took in a new stuffed puppy that he got and when he woke up, the puppy had a cute mask on and a surgical cap. It's the little things that they did that really made a difference. I appreciated them calling me on my cell phone when ... read more
Treated well. Only thing I would complain about was the thickness of the beds lol. Had to sleep elevated and could feel the hinge under my butt. Everyone was real and the meal selection felt like I was on a cruise. If I could eat well I would have left fat!
I had surgery yesterday and I was a nervous wreck but from the moment I stepped into the hospital and was greeted by the receptionist at the front desk my nerves eased up. The nurses and doctors were outstanding showing me kindness the whole time and making sure to answer any questions that I had.
The staff and everyone who took take of me I was want to thank. I appreciate all of your love , support and understanding during this difficult time. Thank you again!
People and staff were great. I've given birth here and my asthmatic daughter was transported lights and sirens. I believe they have some amazing Dr here with the true intent of experience optimization which can be over burdensome with. Interruptions at time. My only request is that the dr s don't argue with pare ts about vaccine choice. Very unprofessional. However every choice made was great in our care. We thank them.
