Do NOT send anyone you love/like/know to this place. Incompetence in many areas in the Cottages. Such an absolute Torture for my Mom here for the last months of her Life - sped up in fast mode. They refused her doctor-ordered pain medication and had care aides that were unkind and uninformed/uneducated. Some nurses and care aides were very caring and competent. Thank You to those. Lovely staff, well kept grounds, very clean
My family can't express enough gratitude to the staff of Cottage #5 who cared for our Oma for the past 4.5 years. They gave her so much care and what seemed to be true love and attention. The staff are incredible. I'm a nurse and am truly impressed with the care staff. They treated Oma as if she were family. We are so thankful for all that you've done. Thank you so very much, it will never be forgotten.

I’m shocked by the lack of safety processes and the lack of care and control processes. Everything is top down in the world. The problem starts at the top of this company and filters down. We get lots of lip service but no consistent results. This is a profit center not a care center. I strongly recommend you seek an alternative place for your loved ones. Avoid this organization.
