Our Mission: The mission of this not-for-profit health and wellness center is to provide the medically underserved in our community with compassionate and individualized health care and related services in an atmosphere of respect and dignity. Vision Statement: May we have the eyes to see those who are rendered invisible and excluded, open arms and hearts to reach out and include them, healing hands to touch their lives with love, and, as we do these things, may we ourselves be renewed.

I been waiting for several years to be seen and still no new patients status.
This place literally saved my life! The medical assistants were amazing and dr Owen’s is amazing!! They literally treated me like family, I highly recommend them!

I've been waiting since may 21st to get help with a back problem living in a tent not able to work. my calls, messages and email have all been ignore. was told on June 23th ( i believe ) all the paperwork was sent to northside and i was just waiting to get a answer from them, then July 21st after having to beg for a ride down to another apt i was pulled into the back told there was no reason my doctor needed to see me and i needed to go to DOL to get paperwork that Rachel was supposed to already have and sent in to northside... read more
