always get the best customer service, plus one of the awesome employees gave me one of her personal lighters. Goated staff!
So some really neat and niche products. I also found the accessories to be really good priced. However some other items are about $10 more than other stores. So it's hot or miss gotta shop around. Staff was crazy friendly.

Sierra at good roots is my favourite girl, always got my back and shows me what I need, couldn’t be more thankful that someone like her can always help me out when I’m in the store. She’s personable and astoundingly helpful with someone who doesn’t always know what they want.
