Very thankful to have a rental service like this in my hometown that’s so well managed. The rates on the rentals are reasonable, the owner is highly communicative and down to earth, and overall it’s honestly just been a stress-free experience. I’ve dealt with numerous different car rental companies over the years and this one has been the least frustrating to deal with, which for me, is huge. The vehicle was very clean and infact the customer service was very meticulous and polite. .when I am, in town I will use Good old Rental again and again. I recommend it to anyone in need of a rental service.
I’ve had several rental cars from many different companies but after coming to the good ole days; I will never go to any other company again. Not only do they have clean and well kept cars but they also have morals, integrity, and respect for each and every interaction you will have with the company. Truly goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and that you are satisfied with the outcome of each and every detail that includes your rental or your concerns. For starters nobody can say nothing bad about this company. This is the most loyal and honest car rental and friendliest car rental company I done business with and rented from. Sam is a good man, and trustworthy. I have no complaints on the cars or trucks that I am renting and currently renting from.
