Charlie is the absolute sweetest, I hope the upper management realizes what a gem they have working for them! I have been ready to take my loan elsewhere a few times because of issues and Charlie is the ONLY reason I haven’t! You should give Charlie a raise!!!

Good Neighbors Credit Union and the staff at Grant St and especially Tim Meade has been a blessing for me. My account was originally opened on Connecticut St and I have moved with them to Grant near W. Delavan to near Lafayette St. GNCU has been there for me at my lowest point when I was overdrafting my account weekly to make ends meet. Also, they gave me not one but two loans that I have paid off, and a car loan that I have paid off. I kniw at that te no other bank would have ever did that for me.
