I currently just started banking here , terrible !!!! You can’t mobile deposit anything over 1000! When you do it takes over 5 days to clear ! I recently went to my location to seek help for a personal loan , 1 of their employees by the name of EVIN I Believe African American women, very judgmental!!! Condescending, thinks she’s above everyone or better than you . Been banking here for 2 years now, all my other banks deposit my checks early they deposit it half way thru the day on payday, there’s no 24 hour hotline to call if something is wrong like other banks if they ain’t open they just ain’t open that’s a you problem. Those are my complains mostly because I don’t like not being able to cash when need be or that they hold my money until the middle of the day my other banks ask deposit 1-2 dates early or overnight on pay day
