This place has changed drastically for the worst. I've been a member for over 20 years, back when it was lancaster depew fcu. As soon as good neighbors got involved this place has gone down the drain. As soon as my last loan is paid off I will be going elsewhere.
BEWARE Very terrible to work with! Takes forever to hear anything back or get updates even with being a great credit customer! Bad communication!
I currently just started banking here , terrible !!!! You can’t mobile deposit anything over 1000! When you do it takes over 5 days to clear ! I recently went to my location to seek help for a personal loan , 1 of their employees by the name of EVIN I Believe African American women, very judgmental!!! Condescending, thinks she’s above everyone or better than you . Instead of her doing her job she sit and judge you like your beneath her, she never asked if I had a co signer , whole time she’s screwing her face up just ridicul... read more
