Can’t recommend this place enough!! First they had many options for massage therapist. I was able to book the next morning after getting into town late one evening. So lots of availability. They vibe is calm, grounded, and focuses on body work not just a “spa” fluffy experience. My massage therapist, Eric, was amazing!! His approach is more facial body work for deep tissue leaving me feeling completely calmed and everywhere where I was tense was released. I did a visceral manipulation with Riley. I spent the last 9 years in functional freeze. I could feel tension in my shoulder neck and face. My eye was retaining fluid and I could not sleep on my left side. I would woke up in the middle of the night with a numb left arm. After just one session with Riley I was able to have a much better range of motion in my shoulder and jaw. I honestly feel like there is 70% of relief after just one session with Riley.
