. Very disappointing experience. Payment was taken first, and immediately afterward the technician mentioned having hand pain and said she could not continue the full session. This should have been disclosed before accepting payment. After taking the full amount for a one-hour massage, I was then asked to pay an additional $20 for another technician to complete the service. Accepting payment while unable to provide the full service is unprofessional and disrespectful.
Terrible first experience… She was interrupted three times... Twice from checking her phone, and once to go get the door... I paid for an hour, and along with the interruptions, she didn’t even get to my legs… Bad service…
