Was told that I would get picked up for a medical appointment and was given the confirmation number. Was calling to confirm the pickup. The person I spoke with was nasty and told me she couldn’t find my name in their system, despite me trying to provide the confirmation number.

I scheduled a ride several days in advance for this morning. However, the office called at the last minute to confirm if I still needed the ride. I was unable to answer at that moment, and when I returned the call, the representative complained about me not picking up. I explained that I had been very busy and that the confirmation should have been made the day before. The caller then hung up on me. Good Luck Car Service is my "go to" and normally/usually it is a reliable car service. Vehicles to make reservations include through their website, their app or good old fashion phone calling. Unfortunately, their server is not always operational, but when it is, it is great! Try not to make your reservations at night. Two separate times the rep that takes calls in the evening forgot to enter my reservation; caused me to be delayed once by an hour! Otherwise, the dispatchers are very business-like and professional. The lady dispatcher is incredibly rude. They also don’t speak English so there’s no way whatsoever to communicate with them. They’re cheaper, so you take them knowing that they lack anything else.
