The lady dispatcher is incredibly rude. They also don’t speak English so there’s no way whatsoever to communicate with them. They’re cheaper, so you take them knowing that they lack anything else.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The driver was incredibly rude and unhelpful, yelling demanding his money as I was pulling out my wallet, as if I was going anywhere. He locked the doors because he assumed I was not going to pay (this within 30 seconds of him parking outside the airport!!!). He then threw my stuff on the street! The car smelled like cigarettes to the point I had to keep the windows open the entire ride from Manhattan to JFK during a heat wave (and still smell the cigs!). Beware, they will confirm your ride in the AM and just before your scheduled pick up cancel your ride citing “No cars available”. They are unapologetic about it and will gaslight you. The man on the phone put the blame on me saying things like “you booked too late” and “you were never going to make it in time”…. They may ask you to share with others but still charge you the same price…
Late pick up. Now sitting at appointment been done and waiting for 30 min. Called and was told 30-45 more minutes. This is the worst medical transport I have ever dealt with. Would never recommend. Dispatcher was disgustingly rude
