I've been visiting Kate regularly for massage and reflexology over the past 18 months and have seen a significant improvement in my musculoskeletal health and general well-being. She's very professional, caring, and a great listener. Her treatment room is beautiful, spotless and smells lovely! Highly recommended.
I really look forward to my monthly massage with Kate. The treatment room is calm and tranquil and Kate really takes the time to find out about my aches and pains so she is able to adapt the massage. The oils that Kate uses smell divine and I always walk out feeling revived and rejuvenated.
I’ve had both massage and reflexology with Kate. Fantastic. I was having trouble sleeping and the reflexology really helped. Kate is very calm and competent. I felt I was in very good hands - literally!
