The tall overweight bald man in the office is absolutely rude and needs training on how to speak to people. I was there for one minute to drop off food and he screamed at me so badly I don’t think anyone has ever spoke to me that way. It was so uncalled for. What a horrible person he is, he needs to find a different job!
Welcoming and accommodating management/staff, positive experience each visit.
The biggest thank you to Kevin, Mika, Greg & Cookie, for everything they have done to make my dads (Bill) stay at the village a happy time.
