Disappointed with the customer service. Chased up payment but never bothered to check that the delivery was organised properly. When I requested a refund on delivery, the request was ignored by the owner who never rang me back. As a designer, I would not shop here again.
Such a beautiful space. Staff are delightful, helpful and funny.
Best customer service I've received in a long time. Saved up for an exxy outdoor set and after delivery discovered the courier damaged my table :( the team was so helpful and understanding and offered multiple solutions we could chose from. Very happy with the outcome and our amazing outdoor set. Thank you Sherry and team! Would come back any day to purchase something.
The Good Huis Co. did a wonderful job of decluttering and styling our property in preparation for sale. Sherry took the time to really understand our needs and budget before starting the job, which she and an assistant achieved in only two days. We are delighted with the result!
