Excellent from start to finish!!!! Customer service is huge to me and it was perfect from reservation to completion of move!!!! BOOK GOOD GUYS, THEY ARE GREAT!!! Highly do not recommend. The company failed to communicate payment thoroughly. I was told 160 per hour and a 100 deposit. After the job was finished within an hour, the company tried to charge me 320 total. The manager told me AFTER the job was done that there is always a 2 hour minimum even if the job is completed early. I have used this company before but it seem as if each employer or manager is coming up with their own rules and charges each time.
I got them to move my stuff a couple weeks ago and my table was not put up right. I have a glass table and it just completely fell apart smh!!! I paid $400 for a half job.
