My experience was miserable,& insulting. All 3 employees were painfully ignorant on the subject of collectable coins. After standing there for 15mins while they TRIED to look up my coin I brought in they failed to find it?! Then I watched the young snot nosed suckin treasure chest punk that work there attempt to use a gold testing machine on a coin thats in a stabbed coin holder!?
