They never return calls. My mom has been a paying customer for months… they have done nothing for her. No guidance, no return phone calls, just take the money and run. Sketchy practice!

They asked me to try to coordinate an appointment for them with a lawyer in Charleston, WV. I live out of state. Via the Good Grief Law's website, you are prompted to send an inquiry via email which I did on 7/28/25. The following day, I did not get a response.
