Be very careful and do your research before using this company. We experienced add-on fees throughout the process, as well as damage to our property. Months later, the claim still has not been resolved and we have not received the compensation owed to us. Communication has now essentially stopped, despite repeated attempts to get an update. Terrible experience. Up charged for extra space because they didn’t pack it tight like we had measured out. Tried to charge $500 for two small tv’ boxes. Did not provide paperwork until repeatedly requesting it. It has now been 13 “business days” and no scheduled delivery. We have been without our belongings for over 3 weeks. Not responsive to calls or texts or emails. Our last xx move was through ABC Movers and they delivered within a few days of our target date. This is broker!!!! They get anyone from other state! Overall, this experience involved multiple company names, numerous phone numbers, unanswered messages, incorrect paperwork, poor communication, an unannounced Sunday delivery, and unclear payment instructions. The pickup itself went well, and the final driver was exceptional, but the company's management and communication were highly disorganized and unprofessional. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.
Terrible experience from start to finish. Surprise costs at every step, impossible to reach anyone for help, and once delivery was done they completely disappeared. Damaged items, no callbacks, no emails answered. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.
If I could give zero stars I would. They didnt wrap our things nicely at all, our stuff came dirty, chipped and missing screws and their attitudes were horrible. They did everything carelessly, throwing things down the stairs and even up charged us because of their mistakes. They pulled the ol’ bait & switch. Do not use them or a broker!!!!!
