I brought two pendant lamps from the Toms River store, but when my electrician opened one box a part was missing. I called the store, and although they did not have another lamp in stock, they found that the Lacey store did. The salesperson immediately called that store, and by the time I got there, the men there had the lamp out and gave me the missing part.
