I've been a customer of this restaurant for over 6 years. However, in the last year or so I started noticing the quality of the food was not as it was when I first started going there years ago. So, I decided to go back about 5 months ago on a weekday at lunch time. They served dim sum, but the choices were limited and the food was subpar in that it was cold and the shrimp and scallop dumplings outer skin was rubbery.
