Best Place For Health Food In Lexington! – Our home away from home, we are long-time Co-op members. Our Café has become one of our favs. With delicious, good food every day there is no wonder why! Our kitchen serves local produce in season and is Trans Fat-free. We love the hot buffet, sandwiches, homemade soup and dessert. It's sometimes hard to choose!

In addition to organic produce, natural meat and fresh fish, they also offer a big variety of housewares, bath & body care products, herbs & spices, pet supplies and vegan foods.

The place to buy organic, planet-conscious products Good Foods has really grown over the years. I think they offer an excellent selection of foods, vitamins/supplements and personal care items. Of course the food costs more than the regular grocery store, but I think it's worth it not only for my own health but for the health of the planet.The bulk herbs and spices section is outstanding. Good Foods Grocery Good Foods has a great sushi shop, where you get a free bowl of miso with every sushi purchase. It is always fresh and consistently delicious. They also have a cafe and an olive bar.
Good Foods Good Foods is a terrific place to buy several varieties of organic food , they seem to carry most of the brands that Wild Oats does plus a few smaller or perhaps local brands. I buy my spices there, because they sell them in bulk so I can buy just a little at a time. The store itself though is not that welcoming and is kind of dark inside. The employees are friendly enough and seems to want to help though they seem a little restrained and the prices are high compared to Wild Oats. I have not eaten in the Cafe here... read more
Good Foods Good Foods offers a large selection of organic foods and has a great selection for people with food allergies or vegetarians. Several things are sold in bulk so if you need just a bit of something Good Foods is the place to go. Their HBA section is well stocked and often has items or brands that are hard to find elsewhere and though I haven't tried it there are always good smells coming from the cafe.

Great lunch place Good foods has great sandwiches. They are made when you order. They also have a wonderful hot and cold bar (salad and other hot foods). I haven't tried it, but it looks really good. The cafe includes a salad bar, a steaming lunch & dinner buffet, sandwiches, sushi, a noodle bar, and an espresso & juice bar. Good Foods emphasizes natural foods, organic foods, and whole foods.
