I came in requesting for 2 sets of velcro. The heavy man asked for my phone number. And checked the account. He says he only has one package and ran out. He is waiting for a delivery for it. I got done eating lunch next door. I decided to call. And tell the thinner man. My husband will come by and pick it up for me. He says "We ALWAYS HAVE VELCRO. Great customer service. The gentlemen in the store were very friendly and helpful. I only went in the store for insoles and the guys made sure I got the discount for buying 3 pair of insoles.
