Great experience. Their communication was really good and the phone calls were taken when needed. I learned a lot about the process and I didn't know and no question was a bad question to them.
Ben is great. He is very prompt and clear in communication and always honest. He advocated for us when we ran into an issue with the underwriter. The organization is very community focused and generous with their income.
When all other loan officers were difficult to work with, Tim had gone above and beyond to help through our buying process. We hit some snags along the way with other mortgage companies but Tim was able to figure out at Good Deeds Mortgage. I would highly recommend him and Good Deeds to all of my friends and family.
