Placed an order, they charged credit card. No e-mail confirmation, no updates… I called that store 10 days later.. After several attempts a lady picked up the phone. She told me that she has …NO Infirmation about my irder. She has to call someone like a support or a warehouse…. Several hours later I’ve received an e-mail saying that I must pay $60 extra because there is $60 “core fee” for that keyboard panel for my stove…. Pure SCAM! Stay Away!
Refrigerator stopped working in 1 week. I called to let them know the unit stopped working due to 30 day warranty. I was given the run around and they never came out to repair.
I stopped in to get my dryer repaired. The lady at the desk recommended someone who came out of the back. Long story is the person didn’t know how to fix my dryer and after paying them $125 the dryer didn’t work. I went back to talk to the owner by phone and he said this person was not an employee, but yet he was there, and that the problem was mine to fix. Do not use this company, there refused to fix the problem.
