Hello everyone, this is to warn you about this company, the drivers are very rude, they never come on time, very disrespectful, my father have to sit for hours waiting to be picked up after dialysis. Please do your self a favor and do not get their services.

All these comments is cap literally had the van packed out and had me sitting on the floor I though companies like this first priority is safety the worst people ever would never want to ride with this company again literally my patient appointment wasn’t far from his home and they dropped us off last even though I had no where to sit and was sitting in the floor

Terrible customer service. Every time I called, they spoke with an attitude like I was bothering them. They constantly lied about wait times—saying “20 minutes” and then nothing for over an hour. When I asked to cancel the ride, they just hung up instead of helping. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend.

I assisted my client to his appointment with good day transportation being a provider they are one of the best transportation companies. One of the few owned by people of color in the r city of New York. They were very kind to my client. They went out of their way to assist him.I only want to use this company for his transportation, to medical appointments
