The staff at good beginnings is among the friendliest and most competent, I have come across. They are incredibly knowledgeable and really helped our family. I have used them now for multiple children and different needs and each timethey helped us achieve our goals.
The admin and billings department are an absolute nightmare to deal with. They charged me without waiting for insurance to process the claim. I ended up significantly overpaying and it has been months and they are refusing to refund me the overpayment. We ended up leaving this place. The therapy was mediocre to say the least. This place just isn’t worth the headache. Go somewhere else there are many good OT offices elsewhere in Arlington.
Good Beginnings has been a wonderful fit for our family. Their OTs take a neuro-affirming approach to sensory integration, emotional regulation, reciprocity work, and executive functioning skills. And, they went to bat for us when our insurance initially declined coverage for our AuDHD child. Their billing department advocated for us in a way that is rare in the U.S., making OT affordable and accessible, and for that I'm incredibly grateful. They truly put care and support at the center of their work.

Good Beginnings PT / OT is an amazing practice. Dr. Amy O'Malley worked with my daughter for months to help her overcome her struggles with potty training issues. She was one of the most caring, attentive practitioners I've ever come across for my children or myself in any medical field. She made my daughter feel important and cared for throughout her PT journey.
