She unfortunately didn't tell my father the right information. She said he could only be given money for me if I were in school, since I was over 18. I was not working and could have been put as a dependent!! She also did not tell my father he could get a waiver, to not pay the health insurance fine!! Good thing, he no longer goes with her and has been going with another tax preparer who does know the law!!
