My husband upholstered my 2011 bmw x5 35i seats, they were a bit tore up on the sides and had a couple of rips at the seams 🧵 and he was able to take his time and upholstered my seats back to brand new! , ! Sad to say, I didn't read the posts about this place. I went to them for new cushions for a rocking chair for my DIL and her upcoming new baby. I told them to use the existing cushions as a template for brand new cushions. I specifically told them NEW FOAM. They just stuffed the old ratty foam inside the new fabric. I have to show it to my DIL this Saturday and I am mortified. Hopefully I can find another upholstery shop to open this crap up and put GOOD NEW foam inside before the baby comes 😞
Had multiple issues with work - both sofa and love seat cushions. The final straw was when I was told a chair that they reupholstered that they replaced the inside of the cushion with foam, they did not and lied about it. They left the original springs inside, but was charged for new foam. WILL NEVER use them again.
Nice work. Didn't honor the first quote.
