Positive: Receptionist & support staff are great, very kind. Negative: The therapists I had experiences with were extremely incompetent. They were marketed by the school as having experience, but I've met social work grad students with better intuitions and social skills (not said lightly). The therapists made efforts with good intentions, but the recommendations provided were pretty much straight from any "counseling worksheet" google search. We participated in a safety training with Gonzaga University Health and Counseling and let me tell you, what a great group of caring and knowledgeable people. This is such an amazing resource for the students of Gonzaga. You can feel comfortable and confident that they are not just very good at what they do but they will treat you as a valued person who’s wellbeing is important to them. -CPR Central.
