Just got to the counter at 3:35pm today and the staff said closed when the operation hours showed closing at 4:00pm... Too rich doesn't want business

Best in Newcastle! - The staff at Gong Cha Kotara are so friendly and helpful and their drinks are definitely the best I've come across in Newcastle. Big thank you to Sally who always serves me - she is polite, friendly and really goes over and above.
Delivery - the whole thing spilled because they used paper cups with the lid taped on. Not using sealed plastic cups also takes away the experience of bubble tea.
Staff was so rude, bad customer service.
