used to be good but not anymore. the founders/owners doesnt care about their staff. go somewere else
LOOOOVE their smoothie, but be mindful where your money goes!! Ive heard lots of things about the management paying their staff late😅 Please be careful!!!! Support other boba stores that actually pay their staff
I came to gongcha the other day and had one of the best milk teas made by ally who was really polite and friendly. I appreciate when customer service puts a lot of effort into their interactions and making the drinks fast. Definitely will come back. It was a biscoff milk tea and it was made really good!! I hope it stays long on the menu.
I had such a great experience thanks Anika! She is super friendly, welcoming, and clearly knew their stuff. She gave great recommendations and made sure my drink was exactly how I liked it. You can tell they care about the customers and take pride in their work. It’s rare to find service this genuine — I’ll definitely be coming back!
