Usually the boba tea from here is great, sadly today though the boba was burnt and gave the tea a distinct and strong smoky flavour and there were bits of burnt boba/sugar in the drink, which wasn’t a very nice drinking experience :(
Visited on 5 Feb 2026 around 8:15pm. My wife and I ordered a soy milk tea, but it appears it was made with regular milk instead. We’re both lactose intolerant, and about 20 minutes after drinking it we had upset stomachs and urgent pain during the drive home. This was a really unpleasant experience, and we don’t think we’ll be back.
This was yesterday, 21/01/2026. Around 4:28 PM Gongcha, I'm extremely disappointed in you! As a loyal customer who's always willing to shell out extra for my fave royal pearl milk tea with extra white pearls, extra sugar, and ice, I expect better service. But yesterday, I was straight up dismissed by the staff, told they can't accommodate my request "as per management". Um, no. Not cool, Gongcha. I always order the same thing, and I'm happy to pay for the extras, but the staff seemed put off and like they couldn't be bothere... read more
