Zero stars honestly. The cashier never said a word to me. I am okay if You don't say hello when every customer walks in. That's understandable but if I say hello to you directly and you stare back at me with no acknowledgement at all that's pretty rude. They didn't respond when I ordered or when they gave me my change. I would have probably brushed it off honestly but then when I said thank you when a different employee gave me my drink they ignored me as well and went back to sit down behind the counter. Very disappointing every time, they never have bubbles, flavors are awful, water down, tasteless, we went bcs we were close, not really bcs we wanted, everybody said the same thing. Also bad service, the lady rudely told us 15min before closing that we have to go even though they were supposed to close at 10pm and we had kids in the middle of a board game, and I told her that she supposed to close at 10pm, not before.

Unfortunately, our experience with the customer service was disappointing. There seemed to be a lack of attention to detail when taking and completing our order, mainly from one of the workers. We waited over 30 minutes for a waffle, and when we finally asked about it, we were told they had not started making it yet. The drinks themselves were also not good because the order was taken incorrectly. Overall, the service felt inattentive and unorganized, which made the experience frustrating.

they close at 10, but the worker was telling everyone at 9:46 and not letting people in while telling them “we’re closed, we close at 9:55”. also felt like we were rushed out and she went around telling people who were sitting that they closed in 10 mins when it was only 9:30. lock the door if you’re wanting to leave early!
