Genuinely love gong cha especially since me and my friend go all the time however we’ve never had a good experience, always just one worker scheduled, and majority times we have went it had taken longer than 30 minutes to make our drinks. Today they even saw us go in and went straight to the restroom and stayed there for longer than 10 minutes, than came out and barely even got 1 drink made in 15 minutes, even giving us attitude.
No one here and it’s still taking forever. Customer service is non existent. The worst

I just left Gongcha on Bandera maybe one of my worst experiences yet there. I came in an about 5 minutes to closing two other customers inside. So, I ask the lady was it too late to order she answer rudely what do I want to order. I told her CLEARLY a hibiscus green tea light ice, no boba, and 30% sugar. As I seen her placing a full cup of ice in my cup, I ask is that light ice? She replied with an attitude,”yes.” Now for $8.12 I would rather get what I asked for instead, it came with attitude and clearly not what I ordered.... read more
This place is horribly slow and the server didn't act like he wanted to be there. Been to other Bobba places and at least I felt like they wanted my business but not Here. Took 15 mins abd he kept getting distracted by what??? I don't know because I was the only one there. He had no one else there and the 10 mins waiting no one else came in.
