The girl working the afternoon shift today was just straight up rude and had no customer service skills. She had her back faced towards us and didn’t even greet any customers. Better to order on Uber eats or chai time is just around the corner. Drinks were tasteless, gong cha please find her a cover she seemed grumpy for a sunny Sunday.
Two staff look like unhappy doesn't say anything just really fast finish my order
Tastiest gongcha branch in surrounding area ,just maybe 1 time a week there is the drink taste blank, should be there is a staff not much experienced
I found ChaTime first, so I got that instead
Everytime I order from this gong cha, there is always something wrong. Either drinks are unusually bitter or they “cant add a specific topping” or they dont listen to ice instructions. Ive not had this issue at any other branch and this one constantly messes up.
