The staff at this branch provided very poor service today. I had to wait for a very long time. In addition, when calling out order numbers, the staff spoke so quietly that customers could barely hear them. It came across as unenthusiastic and unprofessional. Please provide additional training to the staff at this branch

It's all made from industrial waste, and the staff are very inexperienced, just following the ingredient list step by step. It tastes awful!
I tried to speak Chinese to the staff because their English didn’t seem very strong, and I thought it might make ordering easier. However, each time I spoke Chinese, they pretended not to understand, which made the situation quite awkward. Especially,today's staff Ella ,Lmao!
