Dear Customer Service Team, I am reaching out to formally complain about the rigid and poor customer service at the Gong Cha Olympic Park branch. I was served an incredibly unappealing Taro drink. As a consistent, regular customer of Gong Cha, I tried to find a reasonable compromise with the on-duty staff. The staff at this branch provided very poor service today. I had to wait for a very long time. In addition, when calling out order numbers, the staff spoke so quietly that customers could barely hear them. It came across as unenthusiastic and unprofessional. Please provide additional training to the staff at this branch
