The staffs are always nice and kind, but it’s clearly shorten of staffs for each shift. The boss should schedule more people to work at the same time, you are asking only one people to work on ordering, preparing ingredients, making drinks and egg waffle on a busy Friday night which is clearly not ethical. The staffs are stressful and making customers waiting for too long.
