Came during opening hours as listed on their door and online. OPEN sign also lit and on in their window. No staff was in the store and the door was locked. Called the store, no answer. Wasted a drive over to this place.

This is not real GONG CHA - Neither the taste nor the glass matches !!! I Just ordered a 2J brown sugar oolong tea and the worst I ever had!! My friend ordered brown sugar milk tea - BOTH ARE WORST, no taste. I am regular but trying this location for first time and this is unbelievable - such a poor quality, no taste at all !! Only thing that taste same is the jellies. Never go to that location if you really want to enjoy the drink, so upset.
