Fast and patient. Quality of drink is always pretty good. I really love lychee oolong tea(xl, no sugar) with pearls and stuff.....very tasty but not sweet at all. I love the waffle too.
Waited more than 20 mins for my drinks when it wasn’t even busy and I look at my bank statement and it shows a charge on top of the regular price of $6.15 of $3.80!!! Makes no sense at all why one drink needs to take so long if there’s not a whole crowd waiting for their drinks. Plus the drink wasn’t even good, the boba wasn’t even soft.
Always had great customer service here and the drinks are always on point. Shoutout to Wesley for always making the best drinks!
