Tried to order a honey milk tea with oat milk at Liverpool westfield, the person serving me told me that they can't change the milk option and that they don't do that here, I showed the person that the milk option is available for the tea option on the app at the Westfield Liverpool location, I have never had any issues ordering this from other Gong Cha locations or on the app.

I ordered a vegan milk tea with soy milk but was given a regular milk tea containing dairy. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff member repeatedly insisted I had not ordered a vegan drink and argued with me instead of resolving the issue. He then claimed they did not have soy milk available, yet after the manager got involved, I was immediately given a vegan milk tea with soy milk.
